Self Catering:  Hayloft gîte – sleeps 4.

The newly renovated gîte is situated on the first floor of this 19th century stone built property. It has central heating, double glazing, a private entrance and a balcony overlooking the woods, gardens, stream and fields of Prat Long. There is a large parking area adjacent to the house, and from here the pathway goes past a private walled terrace and to the stone steps leading up to the gite.
 
The large salon retains some of the original beams and stone walls. The high ceiling gives the room a light and airy feel. There is a wood burning stove for colder days as well as the radiators and a fan for the hotter days.
The dining area has a table and 4 chairs, a dresser filled with plenty of glasses and crockery, a standard reading lamp and a large rug.
The sitting area has a sofa, two armchairs, coffee tables, rugs, reading lamps, a satellite television, a DVD player, a small stereo system, books and boxed games. Double doors open onto the balcony which has a table and 4 chairs. The balcony provides delightful areas to sit and read or dine outside in the sunshine. There is a BBQ, sun-loungers,a table & 4 chairs provided for use on the terrace.

The good sized kitchen has recently been fitted with new cupboards, a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas & electric hob and an electric oven. There is plenty of worktop space and equipment for keen cooks.

From the tiled hallway, there are the two bedrooms. One has a standard sized double bed (140x190cms) and the other has twin beds (90x 190cms). Each room has a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a mirror, a chair, rugs, a radiator and a towel rail.
The spacious shower room has a modern corner shower with sliding doors, a heated towel rail, a large basin with a mirrored cupboard above, and a toilet. The separate toilet room has a hand basin and clothes airer. 

A welcome pack is provided containing tea, coffee, milk, sugar, fruit juice, bread, butter, jam and eggs.
All household bed linen and towels are provided, and changed weekly.
Laundry facilities are available in the main house.                                        
A travel cot can be reserved at the time of booking.

No supplement for heating in the winter months.
